When my family and I decided to sell our house, we thought the process was going to be stress free and just any other day in our wild lives. To say we were without stress during this time would be a lie. There was setback after setback. With our busy lives, we started to question if we would ever sell our house and fit our family into a living space that was comfortable for us. Enter Team Spencer.
Let’s start with us meeting Tim Spencer and his Team. We had worked with them in 2020 to get into the house we were currently trying to sell. The process was stress free and my family and I were more than satisfied with the experience. With that being said, three years had passed, my family had grown, and we were looking for a house that would provide us with comfort for the growing additions. Without thinking we got on Zillow, and they assigned us with a random realtor to help with the process of buying and selling. Long story short, they provided us with more stress and discomfort than help. It was at that moment that we decided to bring in the experts at Team Spencer. From the moment I called him and told him about what we were trying to do I could tell that we were in great hands.
The confidence and the way he presented himself and his team made my family and I feel at ease. The approach they took to the whole deal was miraculous. He sat us down and went over the entire process. Explaining to us every step and what we needed to do to accomplish what we wanted. We could feel the stress of selling and buying lift away. For that I thank him and his team.
Tim and his team were able to accomplish what we wanted to get done in two weeks what had previously been trying to be done for three months. Tim also sat down personally with us and discussed our long-term goals and planned out our future for us in a way that no one had ever done before. It made us feel like we were not just clients of his but family. It showed throughout the process as well when he would call us for updates and check in on our wellbeing. His team also took the same approach, and it made the entire process perfect.
We just closed on our new home and sold our old home a week ago. It could not have been done better without Tim Spencer and Team Spencer. My only regret in the process is that I did not start with Team Spencer from the beginning. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for us and making us feel like we are part of the Family!

They had the knowledge to handle including the reverse mortgage payoff in the house sale and I didn't have to worry about doing one single thing , they did it all. The minute the house went on the market , they immediately started holding open houses and showings. They held out until it was sold for above asking price , and it was in a very short amount of time , which is challenging in the housing market these days. Tim was available at all hours of the day and night and weekends to answer the phone for anything I needed. Team Spencer is not your typical run-of-the-mill realtor team. My husband and I used their services several years ago when we sold our house in Modesto. They go above and beyond in every aspect of the process, right down to physically rolling up their sleeves and helping with repairs and moving. We had been out of the housing market since then and about 7 months ago we decided the time was right to get back into it and find our forever home. Of course, we gave Tim and Lisa a call again, because they are the best realtors around.
They were so patient with us in finding our dream property. It was especially challenging with the current market conditions being so competitive with fewer choices available. We ended up entering 3 separate contracts all in all. The first 2 properties just didn’t work out for one reason or another, with no fault to Team Spencer. I can’t say how disappointed I was when it didn’t work out. Tim and Lisa truly understand the struggle and backing out of a contract is not an easy decision to be made, although sometimes for the best. They are there to pick us back up again and start over, no sense of doubt, just pure optimism to get us progressing forward.
But I’ll tell ya, the 3rd time was the charm! We don’t feel like we had to compromise on anything that we wanted. We can safely say that we found the exact property that we’ve been dreaming about for so long. It was well worth the wait. The signing process was simple and certainly less time consuming than it used to be. They work closely with the lender and update you regularly so you aren’t sitting, waiting around and wondering how the process is coming along. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! They love taking the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. I never once felt rushed.
Tim had our backs throughout the entire process and was reachable by phone or text pretty much at all hours (and was super quick to respond). He put my mind at ease more times than I can count which made buying a house much less stressful; everything was under control at all times. There’s a long list of moving parts involved in buying a house, and we felt extremely comfortable with Tim taking point on one of the most important decisions of our lives. We talked in depth many times, not just about realty stuff but personal issues that we were struggling with at the time. We would highly recommend welcoming the Spencer’s into your lives. They are more than just realtors; they will become your lifelong buddies.

We couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor. His team listed and sold our home in 3 days and got over asking price for it. The sell of the house went smooth. He very responsive to all our questions. We used him to also assist us in the purchase of a home in Florida. Tim arranged the realtor for us and was in contact with her every step of the way while we looked at houses. Tim and his team went above and beyond with helping us with the people while closing in Florida. He was making phone calls and contacting people on our behalf to make sure we weren’t taken advantage off. I would recommend Tim Spencer and his team to anyone who is buying or selling a house.

Tim worked with me on the purchase of my very first home by myself after my husband passed, and took care of the estate home I had to sell, and took so much stress and burden off of my shoulders in that process, leaving me the energy and time to focus where I needed it to be. He made sure everything fell in place, ran smoothly, on time, and if there were hiccups and disturbances, I never knew. Tim made it possible to buy my first brand new home. Tim negotiated with the new builder to allow me to buy the new home on a contingency. The builder was not allowing this but he was very convincing and made sure that I was getting the new home. He assisted me with the inspections and helped point out problems that I would not have seen. He was even able to get the builder to finish the home two weeks ahead of schedule due to us selling our home. He planned the closing of both homes on the same day so I was able to move out of my old home and into my new home on the same exact date. This saved me money on having to get a storage and moving twice. He made buying a new home a pleasant experience and I recommend Team Spencer to anyone wanting to buy a new home.

He held it all together by even helping our Buyer's agent with their Buyer, otherwise it would have never happened. Tim's knowledge of the Legal aspects of the Real Estate Agreement was essential to keeping our sale in the safe zone for our Buyer to perform. Tim and his team have to be some of the best Realtors in the Central Valley. I started looking for a home and wasn't quite sure where to start. I was referred to Tim and his team by another friend that had used them in the past. I am forever grateful for the referral.
