Your first home purchase is a very important milestone and is not inherently as easy as buying a car. I was very fortunate to meet Tim at an open house and was lucky enough to have him be willing to help me as my agent through my first home buying experience.

I had a ton of questions throughout the process, and Tim’s knowledgebase, communication, and dedication was unbeatable. There was once an eight day stretch where I talked with him every day, and he was extremely energetic and positive every time we talked. He is very knowledgeable of the area, the market, and any red flags to look for while looking at house.

I genuinely cannot recommend Tim (and team) enough! I would not hesitate to call Tim again, but I will not need to for a while since he helped me get such a nice house.

I highly recommend Tim for a number of reasons. He is professional, responsive, knowledgable and helpful. He quickly followed up with any questions I had and without fail, always had a great attitude.

Tim is a consumate professional and a great man. As a young home buyer in an insane market, Tim gave me hope that I would find my home and get into a house I would love. It took about a year and Tim stuck with me the entire way with no hesitation. Tim took the time to drive out to properties well out of his way when I was still unsure of the direction I was going to headed in the home market. Also Tim's knowledge of the industry is very impressive and spot on. I never thought buying a home would be so difficult. My husband and I first met Tim around 3 years ago. Turns out, we weren't as ready as we thought. Tim helped us to know exactly what it was that we needed prior to us taking a huge leap and getting ourselves into trouble. Even though we weren't actively looking, Tim never forgot about us. There was constant communication right from the very beginning. Any questions we had were always answered. Tim was very accommodating, he traveled all over Erie and Niagara County just to help us find the right house. Once we knew we were ready to continue, Tim helped us look at several houses and place many offers, that were consistently outbid. I never thought it would be so difficult to buy a house. The current housing market was very discouraging; between people outbidding us, to cash offers, and even having to waive certain things such as inspection... Tim never let us give up looking. He encouraged us to keep going, and now my husband and I have successfully purchased our first home. We couldn't be happier with the service provided and I know in the future, if we ever need to move again Tim is the first one we will call.

Tim, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly from the moment we met throughout the entire sale process of my house. Admittedly, I wasn't looking forward it, but after working with him for several days and seeing his attention to detail and follow through, I felt very much at ease and comfortable that I chose to work with his firm!

Tim is a true professional! He is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative (easily reached by text, call or email in a timely manner, schedules regular check-ins) and well-organized. Tim clearly explained the process of selling our home and guided us every step of the way, with everything from tips on how to specifically stage the house for photos to how to navigate buyer requests. One specific thing I really appreciated about Tim is that he collected feedback after each showing, and reviewed it with us on a weekly basis. Tim was hands down FANTASTIC to work with. Anyone looking to purchase a home in 2021 knows how difficult of a market it was. Home values shot through the roof and there were far more buyers than available homes. You had to be spot on with an offer or you didn't stand a chance. Tim's knowledge of how the current market was playing out was key to my offer being accepted on the third house I went for. My second offer would've been accepted had it not been for a contingency attached to my mortgage pre-approval. Again, in this current market, having your offer accepted on your 2nd or 3rd home is extremely difficult. I know of buyers still looking after placing offers on 10 different homes. Tim's hard work didn't stop after my offer was accepted. I was given my condition closing date, and Tim continued to stay in contact with me at least once a week, sometimes more, to make sure everything was still in order. A few days before the conditional closing date, I was notified by real estate attorney of a title issue that could delay closing by up to 2 weeks. While this was a title issue caused by the city, and not the seller, this issue created a big problem for me as I had to be out of my current home before the new closing date. I contacted Tim to let him know the situation, and he immediately went to work contacting the sellers realtor, the real estate attorneys, and my mortgage company, as my rate lock would expire due to the new closing date. Tim went well above anything I expected and not only returned with a mortgage rate lock extension, but he was also able to secure me early occupancy of my new home. This allowed me to move in prior to closing. I have since closed on the home and Tim has kept in contact just to simply see how things are going. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better Realtor and would recommend him to anyone!

We had hired another realtor before Tim. After 3 months of almost no traffic and zero offers, we moved on and hired Tim. My only regret is that we didn't hire Tim first! He did his research, came to us prepared with real data on comparable homes in our area, and analyzed the best price. Our house sold in THREE DAYS! Before an open house! Tim is a modern realtor who utilizes social media marketing like a pro. He found many interested buyers -- at least 8 potential buyers saw our house in those 3 days. Tim is a type-A personality; he just doesn't quit. I don't plan on ever moving again, but if I did, you can bet that I would hire Tim.
