Tina went above and beyond through our buying process to make sure every piece was taken care of. Our inspection had several bumps and she was quick to provide thorough knowledge about the process. Her local expertise of the county, septic, and water rights helped us buy a house when we thought it was impossible. We love our home and would use Tina again for all future real estate needs.

If you're looking for a real estate agent, we could not recommend Tina more. As first-time home buyers, she patiently helped us navigate the home buying process, made even more complicated by all the craziness going on in the housing market. Tina was always a phone call, text or email away whenever we had any questions, and was able to put a very complicated process into easy to understand terms. At key moments in the home buying process, Tina fought for us and was an incredible advocate. She also has a great sense of humor (which was an amazing relief in moments where my partner and I were stressed). I would 100% recommend Tina to anyone looking for a real estate agent they can trust.

This spring I was tasked with helping my uncle sell his home in Durango in order to raise money for his new home in an assisted living facility. On top of all the things that come with helping an elderly relative pack up, organize and move, my husband and I both have full time jobs of our own and 3 young children between the ages of 3 months and 7 years. What I’m trying to say is this: we are busy people and needed all the help we could get in selling this home at a good price. Tina couldn’t have been more helpful. She’s very knowledgeable of the Durango market, was able to schedule (and in a few cases, reschedule) cleanings and photos and walk throughs as needed with minimal input from me. She responded to calls and texts quickly, emailed me weekly updates to let me know how things were going, and went above and beyond before the closing to make sure the house was ready to go. We really loved working with Tina, appreciated her help and expertise more than I can say, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in town.

We had found Tina while searching for experienced real estate agents in the Durango area. While interviewing agents, we came across someone else who seemed like a good fit (Tina was currently out of the area visiting family at the time). Even though we told Tina we went with another agent, she was very kind and professional and told us to not hesitate to reach out if we needed any help.

Fast forward a week or so, we came into a situation where we needed to change our agent due to some poor communication during an offer. We had messaged Tina about removing our contract with our past agent and seeing if we she was available. Luckily Tina decided to take us on.

Tina was super helpful through the process and answered any questions we had with experience and confidence. When our inspection was complete, she gave some great advice based on what was listed in the inspection and almost got the exact amount we paid for the issues to be resolved.

Thank you again Tina, we couldn't have purchased our new home more smoothly without you. We very much look forward to working with Tina in the future and highly recommend others to give Tina a call!

Tina was an outstanding Buyers Agent for our out of state purchase of vacant land (novice purchasers with day jobs). Her work ethic, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service were off the chart. She handled everything personally and never passed us off to another agent or assistant. Her knowledge of the local market, resources, and processes were key to getting a dream property without drama. She did a great job processing offers and advising and representing us in negotiations with the seller. She also helped us step by step through a very aggressive closing process. She really stayed on top of every step down to the last signature on closing day. She knew just the right amount of phone calling, texting, and poking and prodding needed to keep everything on track. Tina helped my buy the perfect house in Durango 5 years ago. In 3 days time she seemed to understand what I was looking for and then found a place with all the right attributes. This year, 2020, when the empty lot contiguous with my home property went up for sale, I was having a very difficult transaction with an agent that was lying to me (and later lied to her about me) and making everything difficult. I called Tina because I already knew she was an assertive go-getter and sure enough she helped me purchase this property as well. Because of the circumstances, I am convinced that if I hadn't used her as my buyers agent I wouldn't own that land now. She has always been very professional, very responsive, and puts in her extra effort to make one (me) happy! I do recommend her to everyone, whether buying or selling, and she may be the best Real Estate Agent in Town! I certainly think so.

Tina is so great to work with. We selected her before we moved to Durango - I'm so glad we found her especially without being in town to get a referral. She did an amazing job. She has so much knowledge of the area and of real estate in general. She's extremely responsive and on top of everything.
