When we were in the midst of relocating to Idaho and buying I found out I would not be able to keep my job and relocate. We were sitting on the floor of our rental nearly in tears forced to pull our offer from a house we loved.

Within 48 hours Tina helped us finance a different home on my wife’s income and walked us through virtually multiple times. She made us feel comfortable making the decision from 8 hours away and we love our house and neighborhood.

Tina was always available and she was there for us when we at our lowest, helping us believe and getting us to the finish line. She is now a close family friend of ours and we thank God she was there for our family. She made our Idaho life possible!

Tina is an incredible realtor. Caring, knowledgable, customer-focused and honest, Tina was superb in helping us find our home in Star, Idaho. Words cannot adequately express how professional and competent she is. She is a good listener, provides solid and fact-based research, is an expert negotiator, clearly understands the Idaho market and goes the extra mile every day for you. She has an expert team who also helped us with securing a loan and home insurance. It was one-stop shopping for us which took a ton of stress off our shoulders. Her team also provided us a free 26 foot truck ( we only had to pay gas) for three days to allow us to move our household goods from our old home to the new home.
