TJ Williams was an amazing choice to relieve some of the stress that comes along with home selling and help maximize our selling potential. Our family was planning an international move in conjunction with the house sale so stress levels had a potential to break roof tiles. TJ managed all timelines and communications. He 100% was our number one advocate from day one making this as seamless as possible. He had all the tough conversations and advised on how to avoid tough situations by protecting us as sellers. His industry knowledge and creative suggestions saved some of the headaches that come with moving a family and maybe, most importantly, helped keep us from digging deeper into our pockets. His network helped us to make better financial decisions and get top dollar for the property. He was always in-person for every step, he always provided quick responses to texts and even though we were a county away we never had to waste time on the road.
