Todd went to fight for us. Our new build had several problems with the house and Todd was able to get the builder to replace the problems before we closed. He did it in a good way so that nobody was in breach of contract. We also had some after closeing remodeling to do because the builder did not want to deviate from the plans. Todd was able to perform the work cheaper and better than the builder for custom electrical work. Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Nampa, ID.

We were so impressed by the job Todd did for us! He totally went the extra mile. Having a contractors background, Todd gave wonderful advice and knew directly who to reach out to as we fixed up our home and prepared it to put on the market. As part of his service he called the contractors he knew would do a quality, yet affordable job for the work the house needed, and he even personally helped us with some minor touch ups. What a stress relief- little to no work on our part. Todd was very consistent in his approach. Some of his qualities we experienced were that he was always reachable, easy to work with, personable, sacrificed a number of Saturdays to put on open houses and very knowledgeable about the housing market and homes in general. Todd also marketed our home through all the best avenues available. With the closing of our home, Todd pre-inspected our home and instructed us on the what needed improvement.
