Tom Livingston

Tom Livingston founded Livingston Real Estate and Development LLC in 2005 after a 20-year career with the Everitt Cos., a family firm that built much of Fort Collins.

One of Northern Colorado’s busiest commercial developers, Livingston created the firm to provide commercial brokerage and construction management services to Northern Colorado.

Livingston has played a key role in the development of more than 20 major commercial projects in Northern Colorado, including The Centre for Advanced Technology, the Loveland/Fort Collins Industrial Airpark, Natural Resource Research Center, and Market Centre Retail.

He also has provided project management and brokerage services to many well-respected Northern Colorado clients, including Allstate Insurance, Larimer County, and Prosci, Inc.
