07/09/2015 - btolp We started working with Tonja in March this year 2015. We submitted purchase offers on 2 properties in Cave Creek, our second offer was accepted. We had COE on 7/6/15 on the property, we submitted our purchase offer contract on 6/6/15. Tonja worked very hard and diligent with Seller's agent to get this deal finlaized. We requested that Seller make all repairs noted on our home inspection, Seller was reluctant but was persuaded by both agents to repair all items that weren't functioning correctly in order to ensure this deal went through.

We couldn't have not asked for a better realtor. She listened to what we were looking for and worked day and night to find us the right home.
