Traci was referred to me by close friends, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in the home-buying process. From our first meeting over coffee, she took the time to really understand what I was looking for. When the right house came along earlier than expected, she moved lightning-fast—helping me get pre-approved in 90 minutes, scheduling a showing, and submitting a successful offer, all within 24 hours.

As a first-time buyer, I really valued her steady communication, responsiveness, and patience. She answered every call, followed through on every detail, and explained the process clearly from start to finish. Thanks to her diligence and competence, I now have a home I love.

Purchasing a home from out of state, especially from Los Angeles to Spokane, was a daunting process, but Traci made it feel seamless from start to finish. Since we couldn’t tour the home in person, she went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident in our decision. After interviewing several agents and receiving a personal referral, we were confident Traci would do everything necessary to sell our home while we were out of state.
