My real estate career began in 1986 when a purchase contract /offer form, was only 2 pages and there were basically no disclosure to speak of. Now the purchase contract/offer form is 10 pages with several additional disclosure forms. I refer to myself and my team as real estate guides & personal counselors because the process of buying

and selling real estate has become more complicated over the years

and much more expensive too. Over my career I have received many







awards which are nice to receive, but do not measure what I consider to be "TRUE" success in business. Success to me is the repeated trust and friendship from our clients, their friends and families that refer to my team and I for help and guidance when looking for a trusted real estate
professional.
Santa Clarita is a fantastic place to raise a family. I moved here in 1982 as a young mother with a 1 year old baby girl and pregnant with my second of 4 children that are all grown with children of their own, and all 4 kids live in Santa Clarita with their families.
I believe in giving back to the community that has been so good to me and my family. I support several non profits in town with both service & donations. There are two non profits that I help all year round, which are Single Mothers Outreach and the beloved senior center. Santa Clarita is known for helping it's residents that are in need which is why this is such a wonderful place to live. People genuinely care about their neighbors and it shows from our clean community, streets, parks and streets.
