As a 4th generation native to the great state of Colorado, she has seen plenty of changes and growth. She loves Colorado and what it has to offer! Tracy is the oldest of 5 girls and grew up in Denver, Colorado. After graduating, Tracy moved to California and was in retail training & management for Pier One Imports for 15 years all over the Los Angeles Valley area. While pregnant with her 3rd son, Tracy & her husband, who became an agent, moved up to northern California to be closer to her in-laws who were both real estate agents. At that time, she decided to jump into the real estate game and was licensed at the end of 2001. The Hulsey Team was the #1 Real Estate Team in Northern California with Prudential California Realty. Tracy & her family moved back to Colorado in late 2006 where she started her Colorado real estate career. Tracy is now a grandmother of 3 grandchildren and currently lives in Parker with her husband of 35 years along with her 6 dogs, 16 chickens & 5 turkeys!

I loved working with Tracy! From day one, Tracy helped me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole selling experience. Her knowledge in the field was impressive and she was more than willing to explain the things pertaining to my situation and the real estate process that I was unfamiliar with. Tracy made my experience as a first time seller, an enjoyable experience without all the stress that can associated the selling process.
