We recently sold our home thanks to Tracy's willingness to do what it takes to get it sold! She was our third realtor - and she got substantially more than the other two realtors had tried to sell it for.

My ex and I had to sell our property as part of the divorce settlement and after 30 years of living in the home, you accumulate a lot of "stuff" over the years. It was very overwhelming to us going through the process of letting things go - felt like we would never get through this but thanks to Tracy - she rolled up her sleeves (literally) and skillfully helped my ex and I get packed and move the mounds of junk we had accumulated.

She was always professional and worked well between us and was able to keep the peace while keeping us motivated and focused on getting rid of stuff so we could be moved out and get this place closed! It was NOT an easy task by any means but she did a great job at keeping our emotions in check and staying focused on getting the property SOLD!!!

The whole way through the process of moving, negotiations and closing, Tracy was by our side every step of the way. I felt as though she genuinely cared about me and my ex as well getting this final phase of our divorce settlement done! She was such a blessing negotiating between the us (keeping the peace during the process) and between the buyers - addressing their concerns about the mounds of stuff that needed moved off. She was able to work well with us and with them and we thankfully, were able to meet the deadlines and get this place SOLD!!!

I am confident that her efforts went far beyond the call of duty for Realtors and she came alongside us and walked with us through the good, the bad and the ugly part of selling and moving.

I HIGHLY recommend her. She has been selling real estate for quite a few years and has become very successful at it earning Top Producer! Most realtors would not go the extra mile to help get a place sold like she did. In fact, I liked her so much I used her to buy the home of my dreams for me! She did a great job negotiating the price down for me and now I am living my dream!
