Troy is absolutely who you want in your corner. He helped us put an offer in on a house in under 24 hours while literally flying over an ocean. There is nothing he can't make happen. I highly recommend working with Troy! My wife and I were first time home buyers and Troy made the process easy and fun. He was patient with our questions and explained every step of the process. He identified the perfect house that was within our budget and in the neighborhood we wanted- and even got us access to the home before it was officially listed, which ultimately allowed us to get the first offer in. His expertise got us $10K off asking price and another $10K as a seller concession. We couldn’t be happier in our new home!

We recently bought a house sight unseen in BoCo and Troy went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He helped us figure out what we want in a house / neighborhood and sent us detailed and narrated videos of every house that had potential. We'll miss the videos, they were like watching a tailored show on HGTV! Buying your first house, especially sight unseen, is a stressful process, but Troy put us at ease and helped us navigate each step. He supported us throughout the search, during the offer and closing process, and even after closing before we were able to move in. I don't like leaving reviews in general, but this is one case where the service provided was truly exceptional and I actually want to share my experience. Troy was excellent. He sat down with me and listened to what I was looking for in a home so he understood what I wanted. Troy connected me with a very good lender and home insurance group and these made the process so much easier. I felt a bit clueless and afraid when I started the process of buying my first home, but Troy really did an excellent job to help me get the home I really wanted. My husband and I worked with Troy during our relocation to buy our forever home in Longmont. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Troy exceeded our expectations throughout every step, from our first conversation through the closing. He was a great sounding board, helping us to zero in on what we wanted, while also offering excellent insight and advice on issues we had not considered. He even made a great suggestion about adding new baseboards when we toured the house with him after the closing-which we implemented! He was extremely proactive throughout the bidding process and the closing- keeping us in the loop with the sellers’ agent, the lender, and the title company.
