Vicki Leach

Vicki was born and raised in the beautiful Hollywood Riviera. She began her real estate career in 2002. While at Shorewood Realtors, she received the Rising Star Award in 2003 and has achieved Top Producer since 2008. She is now thrilled to be a part of the Vista Sotheby's International Realty team and proud to call these professionals her colleagues.

In 2003, she began acquiring her own portfolio of real estate and has added to her "property investment portfolio" over the years. She and her husband believe in the strength of our South Bay micro-market and have taught their two children this same appreciation for business and real estate over the years.

Prior to starting her career in real estate, Vicki has worked for some of the largest architectural firms in the world, opened her own firm in 2002, and continues to practice design and architecture, which lends itself perfectly to consulting sellers on how to "market ready" their home, and to buyers on how to spot a "diamond in the rough" and capitalize on the potential of a property. She has been in the business world over thirty years.

Vicki attended St. Lawrence Martyr and Bishop Montgomery High School in the South Bay and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Interior Design and a concentration in Architecture. Vicki loves spending time at the beach either ocean swimming, running, or playing volleyball. She enjoys being a "junior detective" with her husband, a homicide detective with our local police department. She loves to travel, play tennis, hang out with family, and friends and feels so blessed to live in our unique South Bay community. As a fourth-generation South-Bayer, she is well connected.
