Wayne and his team did excellent work. They pushed for the best interest of the home owner to get the best possible price and handled all issues that came up quickly. Wayne was present for all inspections and appraisals that were requested in order to answer any questions that the buyers and their agent had. When there was some push back to lower the price Wayne was able to negotiate for the best compromise for myself in the time needed to complete the sell.

Wayne Harlos has been my Real Estate agent for several transactions over the years. My experience with Wayne has shown that he is knowledgeable of the local market and requirements. Wayne will work to make the whole process of buying or selling as simple as possible for his client. When we purchased a home several years ago, we told Wayne what we were looking for, he previewed all available listings as they became available, and did not waste our time showing us homes that didn’t meet our wants. After finding our new home Wayne was able to sell our then current home for a very fair price in a short amount of time. We purchased a home in Florida just prior to covid shutdown and then contracted with Wayne to sell our Colorado home. Wayne was able to sell our house with minimal inconvenience in a short time and arranged the closing so that we could move to Florida prior to closing and handle closing from Florida while the country was locking down. Wayne’s honesty and expertise are second to none and Wayne will be my agent of choice wherever he can legally represent me in a Real Estate transaction!

Wayne is My employing broker.
I was thinking about becoming a realtor. I wasn’t sure where to begin or what to do.
I reached out to Wayne to pick his brain a little about Real estate. After speaking to him I decided to jump in and do what it takes to become a Real estate agent.
He offered me a job with his brokerage after I completed the necessary steps.
