I had spent over a month searching for a home in my state with a different person helping me and was frustrated after not making any progress. When I decided to look out of state and found William online I was anxious about the process, especially given that I am a first time homebuyer. William went to the property I was interested in within two hours of me reaching out and he continued to be extremely responsive, quick, professional, and helpful throughout the remainder of the process. He made me feel comfortable, patiently dealt with the many questions that I had throughout, and was an effective partner in dealing with some of the issues we encountered along the way.

We ended up closing on that first property I had found and the process went almost exactly how William said it would on our first phone call. He did a great job and I feel that he is a trustworthy person to work with. I'd happily work with him again and would comfortably recommend him to friends.
