This was our first homebuying experience, and Evan and Halle made the entire process so easy. For the home search, they set up a recommendation system that provided us with a ton of great options. They were available on short notice for every home we wanted to view. When we found one we liked, they put together the offer for us within a day of its posting, which was a huge advantage for us. They handled all negotiations expertly: we stuck to our initial fair offer, and the seller agreed to all of our objections. Seriously, the only thing we actually had to do ourselves was to apply for a loan, and they had great recommendations for lenders as well. Besides that, it was just signing paperwork, and they took care of everything else, including navigating us through a complicated post-closing occupancy agreement.

Performance aside, it was very pleasant to work with them. It's a family business, and any time one of them was unavailable, someone else was able to help us. They have a robust support system of legal, financial, etc. experts in place behind them, and we really felt like we were in trustworthy hands throughout the process. We'll be recommending them to anyone we know in the area.

Bill and Evan did an amazing job! This is my first home and I moved from out of state and they supported me in every way imaginable. They used FaceTime to do several walkthroughs when I couldn’t be there and helped me pick the perfect home. They used their local knowledge to steer me away from homes where there were issues such as baseboard heating that would have high energy bills or an HOA that wasn’t responsive. They also set me up with a great inspector and walked me through the offers, counter offers, and the inspection and even did the final walkthrough for me over FaceTime. I wholeheartedly recommend them and when I’m ready to sell I will be giving them a call!
