So, this school is odd. Good learning opportunities, nice(ish) teachers, but the students are just… wow. SOME KIDS LITERALLY STARTED PLAYING UNO WHILE THE TEACHER WAS TEACHING! If a student is prepared to deal with annoyances, it’s an amazing school.

I am student at bates, nd generally this is a great school I love all of my teachers (shoutout to Ms Rupp Ms Kopf and Ms. Ski ily) And I have so many amzing frends, there is a spot for everyone. Bates offers a program that is great in theory but a miserable failure in practice. The administration doesn’t understand the nature of the students nor the program they are tasked to maintain. The result is a program and leadership that fails the overworked teaching staff and the students who deser...
