Apopka is a good school with great diversity and lots of academics. It houses almost 4000 students every year with a 96% or higher acceptance rate. The teachers love the kids and want to see everyone succeed.

My 4 years of experience at Apopka High School was great. All the teachers and the administration seems to care for all students and faculty well being as well as the students success. Any questions or concerns with your academic situation, the guidance counselors were always there to help you achieve your goals.

Apopka High School is a diverse place with a variety of extracurriculars. There's all kinds of arts and sports that provide tons of different opportunities to get to know people and be involved in the school. Neither the sports or arts are the greatest but I've had fun being involved in both.

I've spent quite a bit of time at this school, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a bit of fun. But this school is way too crowded. I quite literally got sick of it. Had 3 children with disabilities graduate from AHS. The administrators, counselors, and teachers were mindful and accommodating regarding their physical and academic needs. Two have attained Master's degrees while the youngest is working towards his Bachelor's.
