I have been at St. Stephen's since 6th grade, and I could not imagine going to any other school in the Austin area. St. Stephen's is unlike all those schools in the best ways from academics to the school's culture. The school prepares the whole student for the next steps in their lives by instilling values and not creating a "pressure cooker" environment. The school's prayer includes the phrase "empower us to make a difference in the world with open minds, open hearts, and open doors," and that is exactly what St. Stephen's does. Personally, the required service learning helped me to find my place not only in the St. Stephen's community, through service clubs, but also in the Austin area where I could see the direct impact of my work. I don't know if I would have been interested or willing to volunteer without the service learning program. I'm also grateful to the amazing faculty for always being willing to meet and help me learn and grow in all aspects of my life.

As a 11th grade student, I love St. Stephen's. One standout is the student-teacher connections, as students are viewed as equals and humans—not just names with a grade next to them. The campus is also beautiful, and I love getting to study outside. The arts programs are wonderful, and while I haven't participated as much in sports, my friends who have seem to be really happy with them, too.

I've been in St. Stephen's for several years. I love how academically challenging the school is, but my biggest problem is with the food, as it is not that good.

This is a school unlike any other in Austin, if not the world. EVERYTHING is intentional. The buildings are even oriented to catch breezes and natural light. Cannot say enough positive things about St Stephens. We have 3 kids thriving here, one in middle school and 2 in high school. All began here in 6th grade.
