Capital has a diverse population with diverse kinds of people. Cliques definitely exist and are followed pretty closely (almost like High School Musical), but for the most part we all watch out for each other. Our sports scene is touch and go depending on the year but it will usually get pretty exciting during varsity football or basketball games.

I honestly really like this school. I think there could be more recognition and expansion of academics. I also think adding more college resources would be super helpful as many students are completely in the dark about applications. Overall, I think it's a great school.

I have had a great time at Capital, the students and teachers are both fun and interesting people that make high school so much better, however I wish that some teachers had better teaching styles as they mostly cause huge amounts of stress on all of the students that attend their classes.

The school has advanced placement courses but also strives to improve traditional student's learning. They offer a variety of higher education courses, sports, and arts community.

The administration has no respect for students. The VP wouldn't respect my desire to simply be respected when I was feeling disrespected by a teacher who acted out of line. Latin club was rated best program in state. CHS offers French, German, Spanish, and Latin languages. Plenty of clubs, plenty of class choices and electives.
