This school has taught me many things, from working hard to coming out of my shell and meeting new people. Coming together as one and working together, this school has taught me to be a leader.

The school itself is fine. The teachers are great and helpful but at the end of the day I think students make the schools what they are rather than the teachers. Most of the students in this school have no respect and seem to have little education in what manners are. They can get violent and verbally abusive. I had and have great friends there but at the end of the day there are some messed up people that walk down those halls. I think they should have some type of stronger counseling system.

I have been here since freshman year and my experience has been mediocre. The only "best" part of my four years here is getting the opportunity to be apart of the Global Glimpse program where I went to Ecuador and had the best experience of my life. Other than that, the teachers are qualified, the college counselor (Karlette) has been a joke lackadaisical when it comes to submition to colleges and the food is terrible.

We had an opportunity to move to an "elite" specialized HS and chose to stay where we were. Enough said.

My child is a Junior at BCS and I have a daughter entering 6th grade at BCS next year. My children can not imagine attending any where else. My son has struggled with a learning disability, this school fit his style of learning and gave him all the resources he needed to become an honor roll student...
