It used to be a good school up to 20213. Not anymore. Security officer always on the phone, rude and disrespectful toward the parents. I have mixed reviews. For parents and kids, this is a good school. Kids here are brilliant and nice. It's mostly a friendly school in a good neighborhood. This is a good neighborhood school. There is so much the teachers can do. There is not enough parent involvement. But yes as someone said, if you try to make a complaint, they will back each other.

It looks like P.S. 128 was a good school back in 2008 and 2009 as I see the reviews with 5 stars...not the case now in 2017-2018.
