Many of the teachers are great. The principal lacks leadership skills and appears to be phoning it in. Her main trick is smiling a lot while nodding her head while repeating jargon. We're wishing for a new principal who is inspired, intelligent and creative.

Champlain is a wonderful neighborhood school supporting the larger community of Burlington. It's a great school but needs help, as all schools do these days, thanks to some misguided Americans' great desire to spend money on bombs and tax cuts instead of education.
