This school has gotten way better over the last 2 years. They have amazing support for IEP students. However I think the neighborhood around it has gotten more white in since the pandemic making it less diverse than pervious years.

8/10. Ygnacio Valley Elementary has been so welcoming and the staff are amazing. The school rating is silly to me. 84% of students at this school are Hispanic and tests are given in English so there is a language barrier and lower test results as a result of this. My daughter has been at Y.V.E since kindergarten and is now in 2nd grade, the teachers are awesome and the principal is the best very nice and the students love it here
