By far the worst schooling experience I've encountered. I would go back in time in a heart beat to enroll into a better program or class. If you value your time, education, and sanity I highly recommend not attending mechanical. This program needs to be fully redesigned. The program does not let you...

My son is in his 2nd year of Professional Foods and it has been an incredible experience for him. He is going to the top Culinary School in the Country next year and also has gained the skills and experience to participate in SKILLS USA. CTE is awesome!
