WHS is a good school, but like every other school, it lacks in some fields. One of them I would say is their culture, and respect for one anothers. Other students do not seem to have empathy for others. But it sticks when it comes to affinity groups. I have organized events for my community and it's great to see everyone come and hang out with everyone.

Junior and Senior year of my high school experience contains the most memorable moments in my life. I was able to connect to so many different people from different countries and ethnicities. This school has opened my perspective so much which got me excited on what is to come in college. If there was ever something that I like to see change is to have this school expand into a larger school to have even more incredibly gifted and unique people attend. Although, the very scarce moments in high school that were unpleasant is the poor methods of promoting a safe environment made by the school. A certain example that comes to mind is their way of promoting a safe environment. To keep it brief, we talked about the effects of racism right after an altercation of certain students. The message was good, but it was executed poorly by giving away pizza. In order to get a slice, you have to say, "I don't support racism." This was a terrible way of promoting a safe environment of our school.

Some of my best experiences at Willamette came after graduation. The impact that some of the teachers have on my life are life changing. My past teachers pursuit to get me into college has been inspirational to say the least.

Have had my kids in this school for last almost 5 school years now. My scores would have all been 1 Fully disagree due to this school and district treating my student at a dollar sign and that is it. They see that one of my student who is special needs has issues with a few boys on campus and yet ev...

Great teachers. Tremendous sense of community. Massive number of electives and educational pathways. It's a school with something for everyone. Also, the surrounding neighborhoods have improved significantly throughout the last five years or so.

The staff are caring and welcoming. The teachers are incredibly supportive and qualified. The principals seem really chill. There’s way more offered at this school than any other in the Eugene/Springfield area. It’s a great school.
