I have two kids that have been through his school, and all I can say is that its an AWESOME school! The teachers are awesome and they care for each and every student. The academics, sports, music and all other activities are uptown mark!! Nothing but 10/10 for Valley Oak Elementary

Again it really depends and the teacher and your child. If your child is book smart and don't have any issues like focus, ADHD, etc then your child will do great here. Some of the best teachers have retired.

This school is a hidden gem in Clovis Unified. The staff is fantastic. I honestly cannot name a teacher that does not care about the students whole-heartedly. Does every teacher/staff-member make a perfect personality match with each student or parent? No, but that is real life. Personality conflict...

We have been at Valley Oak for several years now. I have 2 children who attend. My kids enjoy school and most of the staff is very nice and visible. The other families seem nice and school events are fun to attend. My children are not athletic and I have not found that to be a problem in the least....
