Frontier Elementary School was established in 1986 to serve Boise's West Valley neighborhood by providing quality education to kindergarten through fifth grade students. Here, the mascot Frontier Falcon encourages students to be respectful, responsible, safe and successful. Students are awarded at weekly assemblies for excellent behavior. Frontier Elementary School's campus offers various resources and features, including a cafeteria, multimedia library, modern classrooms, outdoor eating areas, two playgrounds and a large recreation field for physical education and outdoor learning sessions. Students can participate in annual school events, including the Spring Fling, Rock-and-Read Book Fair and Christmas Program.
Teachers provide open communication to parents., The school also has on-campus volunteer opportunities for parents and guardian.
