Through these past four years that I have been attending Germantown High School, I have had a mixed experience. The school is not the safest, and the staff, faculty, and administration can be quite mean and unprofessional. However, most of the teachers are quite amazing and there is a sense of community. There are just a few priorities that could be changed for the better.

I would Like to to the Student Government be fair and follow the rules they set forth, and not been then for whom they want. Use true student body votes. Administration and teachers could care more about the students and their jobs verse just there, Have some passion behind the education.

My overall experience has been pretty good. I started at the height of Covid so my nineth grade year we were virtual. That was an experience in itself but a good one. We returned to school the following year and it's been a good experience, meeting new people and having good teachers for the most part. My senior year has been up and down as far as tests and grades but overall good. I'm working hard to end on a great note.

I really thought this would be a great school for my kids but it have turned out to be the worst school they have ever been to in Shelby County… it is taking them forever to send my kids records to their current school which is keeping them from being enrolled..they always have a attitude in M build...

Horrific, this school is one of the worst in the city. Don't let AP and IB classes fool you, most kids won't even pass a single exam.
