Union High School is a very interesting place. It is very diverse which as a student is good. You get to learn everyone's culture and enjoy meeting new people. Union has very many good opportunities , like you can travel to Washington DC and visit places like the capital and the white house and be able to share your voice there. Union is also a promise school with many scholarships awaiting students on their way to college. Scholarships from Challenge Scholars , Our Community Foundation , and a Scholar ship to Grand Rapids Community college . the staff at union are very supportive and are people youd love to meet. union has its downsides too like , most students dont take advantage of the resources the school provides. so in the end my recommendation for Union is great. Just remember to be dedicated and you should be able to go very far here.

Union mine has a lot of pros, but every school also has its cons. The teachers are union mines biggest cons. Yes they have a lot of amazing teacher but the bad one treat every student like crap and truly don't care.

My experience is good but safety regulation and enforcement would be appreciated for the good of our students.

PARENT/ALUMNI REVIEW My husband and I are GRPS grads (Union '99 and Creston '95 respectively), and it is because of our experiences at the secondary schools that we homeschool. Despite taking honors classes and having a handful a caring teachers/coaches, every day was "Lord of the Flies". It certain...
