Poor communication, students not released on timely manner, uncontrolled classrooms. It is more like the students run the school then the adults. Had to request that if Tylenol or other over counter pain meds given per doctors request, that the staff inform parents so child is not over dosed. Lack o...

The school has only been open three years. I've had two children there, one fifth grader with an iep coming from alamance and a kinder, now in second grade. At alamance, it was nearly impossible to get an iep, and his accommodations were ignored. At Simkins, it was completely different, and by the t...
