I've been at harrison central for 3 years now , there have been ups and downs , for example my sophomore year we had 4 lock downs and alot students kicked out that year , but I can admit that harrison central have given me chances to try different things like , experience rotc raider , have different classes to learn different things like graphic design and I thank my counselor for also getting me back on track bumping my ACT score up tremendously.

The students and teachers are the main motivation to come to school, such as my art teacher Mr. Bailey that treats us respectfully but also educates and pushes us to be the best we can be, and makes sure to provide all available opportunities. However, the school overall can be deemed average or even sub par at first glance and administration disregards student concerns unless the school is directly being affected.

Overall, Harrison central does have many resources, but the layout of the school is not the best and the food isn't either. The academics are decent but could be better but other than the that the sports are pretty good here.

HCHS has a big problem. the teachers dont teach and when the parents ask "what can we do to help you teach our kids" all they get is we get all our lessons from the internet oh btw it's a closed site.. This school is one of the very worst I have seen. I have traveled the country and attended many different schools, due to my parents being in the military, and this school is the worst.
