The school is wonderful and diverse. I have visited many schools and walking into Kulp you immediately notice the building is updated, clean and full of positive messages and student work on display. The principal, Christina Carter, is a malicious bully. She told a fifth grade teacher to line up the students by race and have the lighter ones call the darker ones darkies as well as a few other highly inappropriate names. Kulp Elementary is a great school . The staff, The Teachers and The Principal are all awesome .They handled immediately if there is any issues. A lot of new programs added .
