It's a really good school, the teachers are great! I love the sports program and the people who go there.

Hughson high school seam to prioritize football over a lot of other important things. The teachers are amazing there are a few bad apples but other than that they want to help students prepare for college and they want the best for every student. I would be nice to see them prioritize our readiness for college compared to making sure our football team is successful.

Hughson High is a relatively small high school, and has felt extremely safe and welcoming to me ever since I became enrolled here in freshman year. I grew up in Hughson and I have always felt extremely fortunate to have been in this school district, but if there was one fatal flaw about my high school I would like to note, it would be the focus and funding that goes towards sports instead of academics.
