The office staff, teachers, & bus garage are extremely rude and lack the ability to communicate with parents. No matter how many times you address a situation they simply do not care. The children’s education is the very least of their priorities. The state test scores are lower than ever. There is...

My grandson attended kindergarten and now 2nd grade at this school. We moved to another city during his first grade year and when we moved back he couldn't wait to come back to Decatur. He excels in Miss Banichs class! Never had a problem one with this school. I recommend Gold Academy very highly.

The good: Nice facility and plenty of activities for the kids. The bad: There doesn't seem much of a push for kids to grow in their education. My children get very little homework and have good grades in class, but often fail their state required tests. This tells me that grades are being handed out...
