I enjoy a lot of the teachers, they seem to really care. I appreciated the opportunity to take Latin, and other classical programs, but as a dancer, the athletics were lacking. Admin and school culture is weird.

We get barely any funding for a school that is constantly ranked nationally. It's very frustrating to see our school overlooked simply because we are a charter school so we don't even get money from the Indianapolis Public Schools group.

I've really enjoyed my experience at Herron. Though it is a small, urban school with little resources, I'm so glad that I chose to go here for high school. I have learned so much and I feel very prepared for college. The teachers care, and classes are rigorous and engaging. I also am part of cross country and track, and absolutely love my coaches and being part of the team.

Having an honor student, I saw all of this first hand. Administration was ext...

And threw petty undertones with it. And the students have so much tension yet never a fight whic I do thank...

I would give Herron a high rating because they do a good job at educating the students while also building a strong bond with them as well as with the parents! Great faculty and staff!!!
