My favorite part about Northwood is the community. We always have so much fun during rallies and football games. We are a tight-knit community. I want to see a bit more parent involvement. It always feels like it's the students and the parents only want to see good grades.

Very academic driven. But overall supports students a lot in involvement. Personally love the humanities course. The required integrated science courses were not helpful for me.

Northwood high school is a good academic school if you're already a strong student in the classroom. For those students who struggle Northwood doesn't do very much to help those students. They are very focused on the top academic students and put extreme pressure on graduating with a 4.0 and going to a top university. There is not very much school spirit and school love around the campus. People go there for academics and that is really it.
