I liked Ithaca High School, it's a very diverse school with lots of different cultures. The teachers are nice, and it's really competitive in academics. The vibes of athletics are also great.

Schools is welcoming to all students. Encourages learning and curiosity. Patient with all students. Access to many learning opportunities and partnerships (such as BOCES). The faculty are understanding and very cool. All the teachers ensur eto make a memorable experience.

Like any other school, Ithaca High School deals with issues of bullying, messiness, and overall hate. My main issue with the school is their lack of direction. While there has been talk of "disciplinary actions", nothing is ever done to address the problems previously listed. Apart from that, I have found a small, but strong, kind community at Ithaca High School that I have surrounded myself in.

Terrible culture at this school. Not only do the administrators not care about the students, but the student activities director prevents activities. There is 1-2 dances a year depending on grade, and almost no other events. The counselors provide very limited support to most students and it is very...

I do believe they never really help students if the students don't ask. And maybe that student is uncomfortable speaking in a classroom. They aren't very good at noticing when something is wrong.

A good school with great teachers, a kind of toxic atmosphere, and equity problems.
