I love Johnson in the sense that it has a great community and some really cool teachers. My only genuine critiques is that it doesn't care about the arts enough and could use some more funding.

Johnson was a good school but there are things that can be better. Although there are things Johnson lacks, the staff and teachers are welcoming and kind.

During my time at Johnson Senior High school I have had an enjoyable time here. With the best being the community around here since this school is very diverse which allowed me to experience different cultures and customs. Also with the team here since they are here for us and they do their best to support our paths during the 4 year school life. But then the worst parts are just the building where I had to experience hot summer days with no ac and cold winter days with no heating but then with the help the school team it was manageable.

Johnson is a school with great potential, unfortunately this potential will not be realized for another 10 years. I would most definitely send my child here, but only because I want them to become street smart before entering college. I can attest to the quality of education Johnson provides to it's...

My kid is thriving at Johnson (9th grade in 2011/12, and 10th grade in 2012/13). Johnson special ed teachers are exceptionally good at what they do, helping my daughter out of her shell socially and academically. She went from failing classes and being totally withdrawn (zero friends) at previous sc...

This school is the pinnacle of "ghettoness". One of the most annoying things about this school are the moments within which you are walking to your next class during passing time, and a bunch of the more immature and ignorant students stand around in your way doing whatever it is that they're doing,...
