The best part is learning in my classes but also having lots of fun at the same time. Like in my AP US History class our teacher teaches us new stuff everyday but adds certain facts that can be very funny or entertaining at the same time. Also I do lots of sports at the school and they are always super good and so much fun. Like being on the cross country team I met so many amazing people and created so many friends along the way. The worst part about the school is maybe not having enough people for certain classes. Like next year I wanted to take AP Physics but due to not enough people signing up for the class I was not given it as a class. Same with AP Calculus BC. Not enough people signed up for this class thus I was not given it for my class next year but now I'm stuck with AP Calculus AB which is not what I wanted. Especially with me going for a math major this was a set back for me as I waste a year taking a math class that could have been avoided.

Being at La Sierra is just like being at an average high school. However, they do offer amazing programs and academies.

This school was amazing and it shows in the fact that only 2% of teachers are first year which means one in fifty. If you look at the other reviews, the one star reviews are written by parents who have never actually taken a class there. The school has an active community service club that actually...

I currently attend this school as a senior and have done so since freshmen year.La Sierra is a really good school. It offers good programs such as health academy. The health academy is a program that prepares you for the future if you want to be in the health fied The teachers are really attentive....
