GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Some changes I would like to see are for the employers to really evaluate the teachers and their job skills. I like how the school will try to help you in any way that they can.

I enjoyed the small school feel and how everyone in our grade knew each other since we were young. I liked that the teachers knew every student and had a relationship with each one and how all the teachers were very supportive and understanding.

As a small school in Western New York, Livonia does not have the opportunities that larger suburban schools have; however, it does have a strong community base which is highly involved with the school. The close knit community enables a strong alumni base and a good community involvement with the school and it's activities. Its swimming, soccer, and musical theater programs are phenomenal.

Every single day was stressful and reprieves from a constant and ultimately unchallenging workload were few and far in-between. My main grievances with the school are as follows:- The classes are not to...

This school does not offer enough creative resources to help students that are struggling. Superintendent was asked about results in particular subject that many students seem to struggle in and never got back to parent with information promised. Test results are indicative of students struggles thr...

Livonia is a great school! Although the principal is not very popular among the students, the teachers are fantastic! They truly care about their students, and each teacher is unique and creative. Our sports teams do very well in our area, winning multiple sectional titles. Our music program is the...
