You can start at 7th grade. You can be shy at first, but after a few years, confidence builds. Teachers do push students and there are plenty of classes and clubs available. You can do things like robotics or the newspaper or where everyone listens. Lasting friendships are formed. It is very hard work but the school is about students and stress. You feel like you have a voice and what counts. It is home.

Marlborough is truly a magical place. My daughter absolutely loves her school and we as parents are impressed by the academic rigor, the enthusiasm of the staff and the pride that you can feel bouncing off the walls of the school.

Marlborough school has without a doubt provided me with a wonderful education, however, the school culture can be restrictive as there is little peer-to-peer support.

One of the best schools in the country. Rigorous academics. Strong sense of community. Great teachers. Empowers girls to become confident caring leaders.

The school was established decades ago. Good ethnic diversity in student population. But be careful, we though it was an...

Ridiculously rigorous academic program. You have to take your education very seriously. My 7th grade ancient history class was the most different class I have ever taken in my entire life. That includes college AND medical school.

My daughter is in 7th grade at Marlborough and I disagree with the comments posted in the review dated February 23 2015. I do not have the sense that the school is in complete turmoil. There are obviously big changes going on and that can be stressful for people but my impression is the staff has be...
