The teachers were good and professional however the staff or faculty members did not do a good job at enforcing rules or listening to students issues. During my 4 years of high school I consistently struggled with one class and asked to be changed or dropped out from it but that would never happened which just caused me more stress and mental health issues. I would like for the faculty members to reevaluate their actions and try to be have a more positive approach with students to create better experiences.

I feel that Southern High School overall was a good experience. I met many good people there and learned a lot. Most of the teachers taught well. The only problem I had was that they did pressure the student a little bit to much. Which I feel stress the students.

I love that the teachers at Southern High really care about their students futures they help them and they put our education first before anything and by being involved in my school it has helped me become who i am today and i feel that any student who goes there would receive all of the help they need ti become as successful as they can be and if there was one thing about Southern High that i can change it would be to make the school bigger and bring in more teachers like the ones we have today so that other future Seniors could get the same experience that i had when i was in my freshman year of high school.

Ctap ..southern high school is a joke . Turning to the counselor for help is like trying to claw your way out of a metal wall. The principal is impossible to talk to and the teachers curse at the students. The dress code is ridiculous. They have to stand and spin for the teacher every morning before...

Students at this school are career ready, and graduate with multiple certifications in their preferred academy (metal, tool, & die or automotive).
