Its a great school with upsides and downsides, Many teachers leaving us with subs that don't know how to teach a younger generation, but the facilities are great and makes school enjoyable.

This school has crashed. It has gone so downhill due to the administration. Over half of the teachers are substitutes. The leadership is so bad that no one wants to stay. There is very little beyond basic academics. Turnover is so bad that they cannot get any consistency. One year, my kid had a sub for Math AND ELA ALL YEAR. Stay away from this place, especially if your kid is black.

In my experience as a upcoming 11 grader in Making waves Academy I found it to be hard because their was barely any teachers and I found it hard to study or learn anything because I didn't have a teacher that will teach me because we only had subs and the work was online.

The African American students get in trouble and suspended over the smallest things compared to the majority ethnicity there. Teachers do not stay on top of the grades. And wit...
