If you are a Mathews County Virginia Native (Been Here--Born Here), you can get away with anything in School. Illegal Drugs, Underage Drinking, Bullying, Vandalism, etc... Everything is acceptable if you know and are part of the " good ole boys ". Expect retaliation and harassment if you don't know the right people.
