I think minisink is a good school overall. The only bad thing is the other students but that something the school can't really control. I also wish there were more options for art classes.

Minisink Valley has a very different aura compared to most other schools which I personally don't know how to describe.

As an alum, I feel that MVHS prepared me for college education. Not only did I immerse myself in school culture but I also participated in sports. Everyday I walked the halls I was warmly welcomed by the teachers and students. I would not have traded my experience here.

We moved here from another (more highly rated district in NY) and this school (BY FAR) has provided a better well-rounded education. The other school taught to the test.
