In my four years at Sentinel, I have seen excessive drug use, criminal activity, and completely inappropriate conduct by certain members of the administration. However, as a member of the band program, I have also seen some of the most dedicated and talented students and musicians I will ever meet.

I would like for some teachers to care their students more than they are, however, some teachers were amazing at their job, making learning fun, and making you excited to go to class. It was 50/50 when it came to teachers, but I would love for it to change for the better.

Over all my high school experience was relatively good. I have had really good teachers all four years of my high school experience who have encouraged me to work hard, do my best, and grow as a person and grow in my knowledge. There have been great classes with a lot of high level opportunities and great diversity for many different interests. The over atmosphere is welcoming. My high school is not super open to religious ideas but most of the people still try to be good and kind to each other. I really didn't have many bad experiences in high school even though I'm not the guy who goes looking for trouble and I tend to hang out only in the good kid, high level classes group. Looking back I don't think I would change anything about my high school career.

My son attended Sentinel High School and it was a wonderful experience. The teachers were interested, engaged in the students' welfare, and very involved in all aspects of each student's particular needs. There were extra-curricular activities available addressing a wided-spectrum of interests and,...
