The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Common ground is not a good school if you want to get into good schools like Harvard. They act like they are preparing us for college when really the school is really bad; most kids are really behind. Teachers move around a lot some of them don't even stay long enough to teach the students something. A lot of the students here are depressed or suffering from mental illness that the school doesnt help with. Many of the students here hate the school and wish to be somewhere else. There are some good teacher that make it better. The administration bad and the students and teachers don't feel safe with them.

Nice campus and electives, but I never got to pick my classes, and there were no honors classes, very few AP classes, and no math higher than algebra 2.

The hands down worst school my daughter has ever been too. The staff is horrible and make no attempt to help a student when failing. My daughter missed a handful of days and immediately called a truency officer, despite her having a 504 plan and doctor notes. They didn't even try to help her when sh...
