I have really enjoyed my time at Bishop O'Dowd High School. I have felt intellectually challenged and have been offered many opportunities. The only downside, for me, would be the required classes that have inhibited me from taking all the classes I would have liked to take.

I really enjoy my science class but I really dislike my math teacher. I also don't like that completely changes in semester two and I would like to have the same schedule all year.

It is a great experience, and it has taught me a lot. It is one of the better school in the area which is why I was grateful to get in. It has all the normal drama of a regular high school but it has so many resources and opportunities.

Now that my child has graduated I believe I have a better perspective on O'Dowd. As a graduate, this education was superior to any public school. It has impressed on many resumes I ve submitted and got all but one job that I wanted...but a better job became available. Many thanks to the students and faculty!

O'Dowd staff, coaches, and students are all friendly. Homework seems to be a lot, however the school offers plenty of assistance in the form of peer tutoring, office hours, and flexibility homework submission policies.
